6月20日から24日の日程でセブパシでマニラ往きチケットを予約していた。
3月に受け取ったメールでは、トラベルファンドというクーポンへの切替か日程変更の二択で、返金の選択肢がなかったので、しばらく放置しておいた。
この度は、セブ・パシフィック航空をご予約いただき、

今日に至るまで、新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の流行が日に日に広がっており、 海外旅行が非常に難しいものとなっております。そのため、 当社では2020年3月10日～ 4月14日までご搭乗予定だったお客様に、日程変更やトラベル・ ファンド等の選択肢を提供させていただいておりました。
そしてこの度、 本特別対応の対象となる範囲を拡大 し、 2020年4月15日～6月30日の間に運航予定の便へご搭乗予定のお客様にも、下記の対応を実施させていただきます。

航空券の日程変更をお手続きいただけます。運賃の差額のみ、 発生する場合がございます。
6月に入って欠航が決まったので、Webで自分の予約を見てみようと思ったら、予約が照会できなくなっていた。
セブパシに予約が表示されないとメールすると返事が返ってきた。
新たに返金も選択肢に加わっているようだ！

予約は見れたけど、返金もフライト変更も何も選択できない (-_-;)
6月20日、何も選択できないとメールすると、カスタマケアのスタッフから直接メールが来た。
苦手な英語で「返金頼む」と返信する。
Google Mailって英語で返事を書く時、AIが勝手に返信内容を予測して書いてくれる！

当面は、返金されるのを気長に待つことにしよう。
現時点で、返金が完了していないのは、このチケットと、旅行社で手配した3月の台北往きチケットの2件。
それ以外はすべて返金が完了した。
でも、8月にもエアアジアで予約していた台北往きチケットがあるので、それもキャンセル手続きが必要になるだろう。
せっかく毎週5連休になったのに海外に行けないので、かわりに国内にでかけようと那覇、札幌、石垣島往きのチケットをそれぞれ発券 (-ω-)/
あと、久しぶりに実家にも帰省することにした。
